Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Coach and empower the team on upselling techniques and exceptional service.
- Take ownership of all aspects of operations to ensure success and long-term growth.
- Oversee daily operations, including personnel management and financial analysis.

Requirements:
- Requires progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience. Minimum of 2 years prior General Manager experience required.
- Requires prior experience in full service, casual, upscale casual or fine dining in a chain brand.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators.
- Ability to mentor and coach individuals at various levels within the organization.
- Understanding of inventory management, financials, and restaurant systems.
Preferences:
- History of expertise in kitchen management.
