Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be essential in driving our sales by connecting with potential clients and converting them into happy customers. You will understand clients' visions and collaborate with our design team to propose tailor-made floral solutions that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and manage relationships with wedding planners, venues, and direct clients.
- Consult with clients to capture their vision and requirements, offering tailored and innovative floral solutions.
- Partner with the design team to ensure all proposals meet client specifications and creatively enhance their overall event.
- Maintain a robust industry presence by participating in bridal shows and networking events.
- Stay current with trends in wedding floristry to offer contemporary and stylish options to clients.
- Manage sales processes from inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable client experience.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the wedding, floral, or luxury event sectors.
- Strong creative flair and a passion for floral design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in using digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred.
