Pumping Unit Field Technicians Positions available:
This position involves the installation, inspection, and repair of oilfield pumping units and will occasionally require operations of heavy machinery and commercial equipment and vehicles. This role is 90% field-based. In this role you will:
- perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance requirements, and minor repair of pumping units
- work with crane operator and rigger to help install pumping units
- Safely operate a commercial truck
- Inspect truck before and after trip
- Report any issues or incidents
- prepare accurate tickets, job reports, time sheets, equipment records, and driving records
- assist in job safety analysis and understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies
- maintain satisfactory driving record
- available on a 24 hour basis to respond to customer calls
- perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
General Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school
- Valid Driver's License - CDL required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
- Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call
- Preferred: Pumping Unit Service, Field Service Repair, or Oilfield Equipment Repair experience
Physical Qualification
- Work at heights
- Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
- Lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Be in the shop environment or wellsite locations a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting
- Be subjected to extreme heat and cold for extended periods of time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
