EssentialFunctions & Duties:
· You’ll beon the job site for a majority of the day supervising our roofing crews toensure the jobs gets done on time.
· You’ll bethe main “point of contact” for the customer on-site.
· Attendschedule meetings.
· Ifproblems do arise, you should be able to communicate effectively with the crew,salesforce or office in a timely manner.
· You mayneed to run and get materials at times.
· You willbe in charge of enforcing OSHA and safety policies and ensuring the workenvironment is safe.
Ideal Candidate:
· Severalyears off roofing experience along with some supervisory skills.
· LeadershipQualities. You can’t be afraid to take charge and point out something thatdoesn’t seem right.
· ProblemSolving Skills. Don’t wait to be toldwhat to do. Can you come up with solutions?
· CustomerService Orientated. A lot of our business is based on referrals and having acustomer focus mentality will only generate more leads.
· Friendlyand professional demeanor.
QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roofing industry.
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- Spanish speaking, desired but not necessary.
ManualSkills:
- Working knowledge of construction tools. This will include a forklift, manlift, be able to access a roof using a tall ladder.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to safely, legally and consistently operate an automobile for traveling.
- Ability to walk on a roof safely & comfortably.
