Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Communicate and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Collaborate with other professionals such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure a smooth transaction process
Skills:
