Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our client's financial records and transactions. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop - Must have experience with both
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards (GAAP)
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate accounting procedures and principles
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with financial report writing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
