Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong Book of Business, background in financial services, possess expertise in loan origination, loan processing, and other banking functions.
Responsibilities:
- 3 years work experience and proven outside sales experience in financial services or small business banking.
- Ability to demonstrate examples of improving specific businesses financial outcomes by interpreting financial statements and recommending specific levers to pull.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proven sales skills and client management experience.
- Must be able to assess and analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
- Solicits business relationships including deposits, loans and treasury services.
- Develops and refers loans leads for commercial area. Pursues lending business development activities (including low and moderate income segments), working in partnership with Commercial Banker.
- Execute integrated sales and relationship strategies that are in alignment with the area business plan to achieve desired revenue and service hurdles.
- Provide Treasury and Lending specialists with qualified referrals for cross-sell. Assist in closing deals across all products.
- Use sound judgment in qualifying potential customers/deals as well as recommending the right financial solutions/products for the customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
