JOB TITLE: Warehouse Team Lead REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manger
POSITION LOCATION: Hudson, WI
POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW SCT Manufacturing is an aftermarket firearms product development and manufacturing company looking at adding a Warehouse Team Lead. In this role you will be responsible for planning and direction for the light assembly teams as well as carrying out shipping and receiving activities.
SCOPE
- Sets the daily & weekly priorities, assigning work, and assisting team members to complete light assembly, shipping/receiving, and inspection tasks to SCT’s Quality & Quantity requirements.
- Train, oversee, and execute warehouse functions within SCT’s ERP software including inventory transactions, receiving and stocking jobs, performing physical inventory counts, etc.
- Reviews and develops standards for work performed in the warehouse and light assembly areas.
- Work directly with sales and planning to set schedules to execute light assembly and shipping receiving tasks on daily & weekly basis.
- Discover areas for continuous improvement and work directly with engineering and quality to execute.
- Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine supply levels, placing and tracking orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- ERP transactional knowledge ie. Receiving, transfers, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, etc.
- Team focused leader on developing people and processes

- Ability to lift boxes and materials up to 50lbs

- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
