Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, Data Entry, File Organizing, responding to emails,
- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to the team
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments or meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Quickbooks Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have experience with Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience in data entry or clerical work is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
