Human Resources Analyst
Summary
A large non-profit organization in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a dynamic and highly qualified individual to support the Vice President of Human Resources by performing a variety of technical, administrative, and analytical human resources functions. Specific human resources duties may include staffing, compensation, benefits and wellness, training and development, employee relations, human resources information systems data tracking and reporting, and safety and risk. The Human Resources Analyst also assists with recruitment efforts. This position is a critical role, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to be resourceful through multi-tasking and creative thinking.
Desired Education, Background & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of generalist/administrative/management experience in human resources. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
This position may require the possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insurable under the organization’s automobile insurance plan at the standard rate.
