Duties:
- Conduct psychological assessments for special education eligibility.
- Collaborate on IEP development with teachers, parents, and professionals.
- Provide individual and group counseling for behavioral, emotional, and academic concerns.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in School Psychology or related field.
- Work with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings.
- Proficient in psychological assessments and interpreting results.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions.
- Experience with medical records management and research projects.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field.
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Be acquainted with the procedures involved in referring individuals to Educationally Related Intensive Counseling Services (ERICS).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
