Responsibilities:
- Backup Phone Operations: Provide compassionate and attentive handling of incoming calls, ensuring each interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to professionalism, empathy, and understanding.

- Scheduling Assistance: Support in scheduling appointments and meetings with a keen eye for detail and sensitivity to the needs of our clients.
- Collaborative Assistance: Work closely with the primary receptionist to seamlessly uphold a supportive environment during absences or high-demand periods.
- Client Support: Offer initial guidance and assistance to clients, demonstrating patience and understanding during their initial inquiries.
