Overview: We are seeking 2 reliable and customer-oriented Managers & Asst. Managers to join our team. As Managers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a clean and organized environment, in addition to managing other staff in the laundromat. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operation of the laundromat, including but not limited to:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate payment processing
- Provide information about services, products, and promotions to guests - Receive and process customer orders for wash and fold
- Inspect garments for stains or damage and determine appropriate cleaning methods - Operate cleaning equipment and perform laundry tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms and common areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Previous management experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for accurate payment processing
- Familiarity with laundry processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to identify stains or damage on garments
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
