We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and maintenance of a variety of low voltage equipment and circuitry systems, such as pool tables, video arcade machines, dart boards etc., as well as the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that may arise. Day to day activities require ability to lift 50+ lbs, and flexibility to work after 5 pm and weekends to support customer service calls as needed. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers during customer business hours.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service calls and repairs.
- Technical on call support after 5 pm and weekends as needed.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices.
- Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot customer equipment.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
