We are a local growing Real Estate Investment company in Biloxi. While we are located in Biloxi we acquire and purchase properties all over the Southeast United States. We are looking to grow our team! The lead manager will be the first point of contact for all interested sellers and possible leads. This position is essential to flow of work for our sales team and one on one training will be provided. This position is an in-office position Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 5:30 and some after hour availability is required based on demand and will be further discussed in interview.
Job Requirements
- Answer all incoming calls
-Appointment scheduling
- distribute incoming leads to sales team
- Bi-weekly meeting with 3rd party cold caller
- developing curated, highly targeted and accurate lead list (training provided)
- Excel experience a plus, as list are generated using Excel
- must be comfortable talking over the phone
- Sale experience
- be available to take calls after hrs or weekends IF NEEDED.
- comfortable with computers and operating across multiple systems
