PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling, making payment arrangements and entering treatment plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
- Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively; identify issues and implement solutions
Payment Arrangements
- Create payment arrangements to minimize length of A/R in alignment with treatment planning protocol
Schedule Management
- Position has full responsibility over scheduling the patients according to treatment planning protocol
- Develop positive work relationships with all levels of management and other departments; work collaboratively with field management, dentists and non-DDS staff

Compensation
- Hourly rate (commensurate with experience) with bonuses
