Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing assessment, diagnosis, and behavior intervention services. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving the lives of those you serve.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and therapists, to ensure coordinated care
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $63,486.66 - $70,521.57 per year
