We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team and promote operational excellence, quality outcomes, growth, and innovation.
As the CFO, you are responsible for overseeing the strategic and financial aspects of our Hospice, Home Health and DME services. Reporting directly to the CEO and President, the CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the company's direction, optimizing operational efficiencies, quality outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's mission, vision, and growth objectives.
Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all aspects of Hospice, Home Health, and DME operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and provide leadership to a diverse team of clinical, administrative, and operational staff.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the quality of patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new service offerings to expand the company's presence.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards related to Hospice Home Health, and DME services, ensuring full compliance across all operations.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of care, patient outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, manage expenses, and optimize revenue streams while maintaining financial sustainability.
Innovation: Drive innovation in service delivery, technology adoption, and operational processes to enhance patient care and maintain a competitive edge.
Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with healthcare partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the company's services and mission.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Hospice, Home Health and or DME operations, with a proven track record of successful team management and organizational growth.
Licensure: Valid state license or certification in a relevant healthcare discipline preferred (RN, LPN, etc.).
Expertise: In-depth understanding of Hospice, Home Health, and or DME regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and operational excellence.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and lead teams through complex operational issues.
Technology: Proficiency in healthcare technology solutions and systems.
Ethical Conduct: Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
