As the result of our fast and steady growth, QOROS Cardiovascular is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing community.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill healthcare vacancies (Medical Assistant, Patient Service Representative, Nursing and other Cardiology specialty positions) in a high – growth environment. You will collaborate with various hiring managers and operational leaders to fulfill recruiting expectations with a strong sense of urgency and dedication to providing superior customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Present candidates to hiring managers with attention to detail and supporting documentation (license verification, etc.) based on role.
- Perform background checks and other pre-employment screenings as required.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to both candidate and hiring manager.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system or other tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years recent experience recruiting in a high – volume, multi-state healthcare setting with concentration on recruiting MAs and PSRs
- Private equity experience strongly preferred
- Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
- Thorough understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social media platforms and various job boards. Monday.com experience highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships hiring managers and operational leadership
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
