Brewer Food Service is currently seeking a motivated individual to the team as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This position will provide support to the office and, assist in daily office needs and perform administrative activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors entering the Brewer’s office and direct as appropriate
- Accept packages and deliver to/notify appropriate personnel
- Monitor office supplies and order as needed
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain clean, inviting front desk area
- Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic math skills, such as counting money, are required;

HOURS:
Monday thru Friday - 8:00am-4:00pm
