Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a qualified candidate who is dedicated to the mental health /behavioral health field. The primary duties of the position are clinical oversight and supervision with minimal direct counseling. This position is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:
Provide Treatment Oversight using several clinical management components to assure treatment is conducted appropriately and effectively with a focus on progress.
Provide clinical supervision to non-licensed staff according to the most current Behavioral Health guidelines and maintain documentation reflecting the content of the supervised sessions, training and/or clinical guidance.
Handle outlying clinical issues with MCO’s (authorization issues, clinical reviews, etc.)
Conduct face to face interviews with the recipient and their family/ significant others as clinical tasks demand.
Provides crisis intervention services and/or work with non-licensed staff through the crisis event as needed.
Notify the staff psychiatrist of any significant changes in a recipient's, physical or mental status.
Performs the Clinical Quality Improvement functions as required, (i.e. client satisfaction surveys, participates in clinical staff annual evaluations, etc.)
Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
Maintain malpractice insurance coverage

Minimum Qualification: Medical psychologists, licensed psychologists, licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), licensed professional counselors (LPCs), licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs), and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs)
