Our non-profit organization is dedicated to providing children with a nurturing, safe, and educational environment while fostering strong family relationships. As a co-teacher in our center, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of young children.
Job Information: Our staff works in a low child-to-teacher ratio, where children learn through a play-based curriculum created and implemented consistently with developmental practices with children’s interests in mind. Additionally, we value continued education and provide opportunities for professional development in child development.
To qualify for this position: Desired Applicates have a degree in Early Childhood Education. Or at least a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units. Desired applicate should have at least one year experience working in a childcare center base program. You should also have strong leadership skills, be organized, energetic, reliable, self-directed, resourceful, and have computer skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Most importantly, you should have a love for children and a desire to continue learning.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with the early childhood education curriculum.
- Implement classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide nurturing care and support to preschool and toddler students.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Incorporate technology into teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising young children during activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
