Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office and sales department. Able to travel on behalf of the company. A background in HR is a plus.
Qualifications:
Very efficient in Excel
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Experience in HR for companies of 50 to 80 employees
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
