As a Perinatal Sonographer with GPC, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations on expectant mothers, providing crucial information to support their prenatal care.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- RDMS certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Demonstrated experience as a Perinatal or OBGYN Sonographer, with a strong focus on providing excellent patient care.
- Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Under the direct order and supervision of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures, the Perinatal Sonographer will be responsible for utilizing ultrasound equipment/sonography to perform accurate, advanced, high-quality ultrasound images of the unborn fetus and of the female gravid pelvis.
- Assist the physician with invasive and/or non-invasive procedures as required.
- Conduct fetal surveillance, antenatal monitoring, and carefully screen for prenatal detection and diagnosis of anomalies and present such findings to the physician.
- The Perinatal Sonographer must have a firm knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to obstetrics.
- Be willing to learn all new best practices relatable to the field.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills at all times.
- Possess the ability to function independently and under pressure while still actively participating in a team environment.
- Perform effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capacity to prioritize appropriately, be detail-oriented and effectively multitask.
Required Minimum Education and Certification:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Actively certified, registered, or certified-eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in OB/GYN
- Certified-eligible Sonographers must become RDMS certified/registered in OB/GYN within 12 months of hire.
