Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a key role that requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively. Duties: - Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Oversee vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing contracts - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed - Supervise and train office staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Requirements: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
