Westmont is looking for an experienced Resident Services Director Specialist/ Nurse Specialist to support our California communities.

What we need from you:
- 5 + years of successful clinical experience in a RCFE setting.
- LVN license required.
- Minimum of two years demonstrated management and supervising experience, including hiring, training, coaching and counseling. (multi-site preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in implementing training programs
- Current first aid certificate
- Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
- Familiar with state licensing requirements
- Willingness to travel 80-90%
- Strong customer service track record with measurable results
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
- Current administrator’s certificates for states in which communities are assigned.
- Must be able and willing to fill in for the Nurse Director Position within the community as needed.
