Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Transcribe notes from meetings or dictations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
