```Duties```
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state CA license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care, hospital, or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques is a plus
