We are looking for a licensed counsellor registered with the appropriate recognised professional body to work with Zevo Health on a contractor basis.
You will join our team of experts in workplace wellbeing and together with them, you will continuously deliver high-quality services to meet the needs of Zevo Health's clients.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting the client's employees. Therefore adaptability, flexibility and cultural awareness is a must.
This role offers full flexibility to both full time ad part time contracts.

What will you be doing?
- Facilitate 1:1 semi-structured meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions with client employees
- Facilitate group workshops and trainings based on engagement themes and client needs
- Assist in designing and delivering evidence-based psychological wellbeing training to Zevo Health’s client
- Contribute to reporting requirements of the client including accurate data tracking and appropriate notetaking
- Keep up to date with current literature informing best practice within workplace wellbeing programmes
- Create and deliver content for Zevo Health’s socials (e.g., blog, podcast, webinars)
- Adhere to Zevo Health’s Wellbeing Specialist guidelines and policies, including the management of risk escalations

Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Licensed to practice counselling therapy
- Membership with professional body or pre-accreditation with psychotherapeutic bodies
- Demonstrate person-centred, humanistic skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data input and processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated decision-making skills
Desirable but not essential for the role:
- CBT or third-wave CBT skills or certificate/diploma
- Coaching skills
- Safe talk level 1 & 2 or ASIST
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 250 hours voluntary or placement experience in 1:1 coaching and/or therapeutic counselling
- Cultural sensitivity and capacity to minimize personal biases when working with diverse groups
- Recognition of risks to be flagged to a clinical manager
Desirable
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with various presenting issues, including self-harm and suicidal ideation
- Experience of work-related issues and work-related stress
- Awareness of the Trust and Safety environment
Supervision
- You will be expected to attend weekly internal supervision groups and regular clinical management meetings
- You are expected to be in receipt of ongoing external supervision
Practice
- Always keep up to date with Zevo Health and professional bodies’ best practice guidelines and ethical procedures, including risk escalations
- Be responsible for ongoing CPD
