Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to manage the on-site office for 2 small Associations with a total of 145 units: one Condominium Association and one Homeowners Association.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Office management
- Coordinating with Maintenance Department staff
- Liaison to both Boards of Directors
- Deal with residents, vendors, realtors, etc. on a regular basis
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
