Position Summary:
This position is remote but ideal candidate will live within a Kroger or Albertsons Safeway geography.
The Customer Analyst is responsible to own, maintain & communicate all Kroger and Albertsons Safeway product and pricing maintenance in a timely fashion, allowing the front line to execute the sales plan with ease. They will work closely with both the Kroger and Albertsons Safeway team leads to review upcoming sales plans to determine all necessary maintenance actions required.
Key Job Responsibilities

Owner of all retailer platforms involving product & pricing maintenance to include Demand tech, 1WS, Supplier hub, Periscope, & Partner Pass for both DSD & warehouse business.

Work as a liaison with Barcel USA’s DSD distributor, communicating all maintenance updates to ensure product & pricing in distributor system are aligned to updates in retailer systems.

Effectively communicate with the retailers any maintenance requests or needs, while having a solid understanding and adherence to their maintenance processes & policies.

Responsible to maintain and update customer trade calendars to align to all contracts submitted in retailers’ systems and designation of mandated display awards.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of standardized sell sheets for both internal and distributor use.

Responsible to communicate and maintain trade allowance reports for accounting reconciliation with distributors.
