QOROS Cardiovascular is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Cardiovascular Services Liaison to support one of our thriving Cardiology private practices located in the Brevard County, FL area.
The Cardiovascular Services Liaison will effectively represent the practice who is well-known in the community for its clinical expertise in the field of cardiovascular disease and for its dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care by providing compassionate and individualized treatment to all patients.
The Cardiovascular Services Liaison will successfully build and maintain relationships with key personnel within nursing homes, retirement communities and assisted living facilities with the primary objective to promote awareness of the group’s cardiology services and to facilitate referrals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct market research to identify potential nursing homes, retirement communities, and assisted living facilities in the designated area.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with administrators, nursing staff, and other key decision-makers within targeted facilities.
· Collaborate with facility personnel to understand needs and concerns regarding cardiology services.
· Develop and implement marketing plans to promote cardiology services offered by our organization.
· Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and informational sessions for facility staff and residents to increase awareness and generate referrals.
· Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters to targeted facilities.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for facility staff regarding cardiology services inquiries and referrals.
· Facilitate the referral process by coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth communication between facilities and our cardiology department.
· Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and referral activities using relevant metrics and tools.
· Generate regular reports on referral volume, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or customer relations is highly desirable.
· Knowledge of cardiology services and medical terminology is an absolute requirement.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-growth environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
