**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial management, reporting, and possess strong organizational skills. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and payroll - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records - Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping tasks - Assist with tax preparation and compliance - Perform clerical duties such as data entry and 10-key typing - Ensure compliance with GAAP standards **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in office management, accounting, or related field - Proficiency in Quicken or similar financial software - Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes - Familiarity with accounting principles and practices - Excellent financial report writing skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
