Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to analyze customer information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
