Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Experience Associate who will be responsible for interacting with our customers professionally, with confidence, and in a friendly manner.

Work Hours: Flexible schedule, 40 hours per week.
Pay Scale: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience + seasonal performance incentives
Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

Impeccable customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathy

Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
