As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our computerized systems. Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform order entry tasks, including verifying information and resolving discrepancies
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Retrieve data from databases or other sources as needed
- Assist with clerical tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Collect data from various sources and compile reports as requested
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Basic math skills for performing calculations and verifying data
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
