Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing insurance policies to clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring they have the appropriate coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and benefits
- Market insurance products to increase sales opportunities
Requirements:
*Must be certified and licensed in auto, casualty, and life insurance
- Proven experience in outside sales or telemarketing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Analytical mindset to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
