We are looking for a Case Manager to enhance the quality of surrogacy management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full surrogacy journey. Case Manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the ASRM recommendation and surrogacy services needed.
Responsibilities
- Recruit Surrogate Candidates
- Intake and evaluate Surrogate Candidates to assure the Candidates meet ASRM recommendation and Agency's requirements
- Coordinate and conduct the match meeting
- Manage the escrow account and coordinate the disbursements and reimbursements related to the surrogacy journey
- Coordinate and arrange surrogacy journey that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and surrogates centered
- Facilitate multiple scopes aspects (Medical records, OB/ Medical clearance achieve, Psychological Evaluation, Insurance enrollments, Legal Agreement execution, Information sharing, etc.)
- Educate Surrogates to understand the process, risks, importance
- Help Surrogates to take medication or medical activities as prescribed
- Develop effective working relations and cooperate with the IVF clinic, hospital, other medical providers, escrow company, insurance agency, psychologist, attorneys, throughout the entire case management process
- Take the extra mile and interact with Surrogates to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction
- Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms, and produce statistical reports
- Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations
Skills
- Previous working experience in case management, including as a Surrogate Case Manager, Coordinator, nurse, medical care manager, or a related job
- Excellent knowledge of case management principles, surrogacy management, and reimbursement
- Effective communication skills and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Ability to network and cultivate relationships
- Compassionate with teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience of Case Management (IVF/Fertility industry experience preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
