Job Summary Overview
The Account Manager will lead and maintain full account support for client accounts. This position is responsible for providing full-spectrum service that ensures overall client satisfaction, drives process optimization and maximizes profitability. This contributor will be a highly driven, meticulously organized, self-starting and conscientious team player who is well-versed at managing relations and thinking ahead in the interest of growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain proficiency with company systems, including, but not limited to, Admin, Netsuite, NuOrder, and Office365.
- Oversee client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Build rapport with client and effectively develop strong relations and trust.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an expeditious manner and escalate necessary communications to the leadership team.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of key account status in order to identify potential opportunities or issues.
- Identify, qualify and secure new business development opportunities, as available.
- Provide routine client reporting on weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis.
- Optimize revenue and profitability on existing accounts by identifying and proposing additional solutions and services that will enhance service delivery and maximize profitability.
- Review all major deliverables (i.e. client presentations, client pricing, catalogs, samples etc.) to ensure accuracy, quality standards, margin requirements and client expectations are met.
- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
- Process purchase orders for all fulfillment and product needs as presented by client.
- Assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivables and purchase order funding.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with remote colleagues and management, providing regular input on all account activity, including client forecast, growth opportunities and client issues.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Account or Customer Management experience.
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment facility a plus.
- Undergraduate degree.
