Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant
STUDIO MISSION At Academie de Ballet Classique we spark creativity and empower all to excel by teaching elegantly.
ROLE MISSION: Using strong customer service skills, welcoming each person, taking care of their needs, and working to create a family feel for all.
INTENSIONS
- Greeting all as they enter, answering phones and responding to emails while providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with student inquiries and registrations, billing questions, and communications.
- Assisting parents with boutique purchases including shoe fittings, clothing fittings and other dance items.
- Student Ambassador program assistant & scheduling
- Assist with community marketing
- Assisting Manager in productions and special events, and projects as needed.
Skills for Sucess:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Working with dance studio software, Google Sheets & Docs, Canva, and paper forms to ensure customer service, clear communications and data tracking.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Organization skills a must
Time Expectations:
- 25-30 hrs. per week
- Monday - Friday 1:00 - 6:00 PM with slight variations
- During Productions (twice yearly) and special events, weekend or additional hours will be needed.
