Part-time Pediatric SLP Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a hybrid position, combining both on-site (primarily) and remote (secondary) work. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to pediatric clients, focusing on enhancing their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. The hybrid remote nature of the position allows for flexibility and creativity in service delivery while maintaining a high standard of care.
Part-time Hybrid Pediatric SLP job Responsibilities:
On-site work includes, and is not limited to:
1. Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' sensory processing, fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, self-care abilities, and other relevant areas.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, therapeutic goals, and client/family preferences.
3. Provide direct therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices to improve clients' functional abilities and independence.
4. Communication with parents, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
5. Paid training
Off-site hybrid/remote work includes, and is not limited to:
1. Document client progress, treatment sessions, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Virtual communication with parents, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
3. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions, consultations, and parent/caregiver education.
4. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance professional knowledge, skills, and maintain all materials necessary to uphold active professional licensure.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
3. Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration theory, and therapeutic interventions for pediatric clients.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Time management and independent work ethic required to thrive in a hybrid/remote position.
6. A clinical fellowship (CF) position may be available for the right candidate

Part-time Hybrid Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Salary and Benefits: A part-time therapist is paid an hourly rate based on billable (reimbursable) units performed, and occasional mandatory trainings. Benefits for a part-time position include:
