We are looking for a front desk star to take on daily duties and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. But more importantly, customer service oriented.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a positive representation of the company by greeting guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Schedule and confirm appointments including cancelling and rescheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out of scheduling system
- Update clients on the status of their appointment
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to all inquiries over the phone, email, and in person
- Ensure that all client issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a strong relationship with management through regular communication and provide feedback from guests
- Promote products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of anti-aging products/treatments and the skincare/beauty industry preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front desk/customer service role, preferably in a spa setting preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrates ability to analyze and solve customer issues
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a self-starter and motivated to support the growth of the business
