Calverley is a promotional merchandise and gifting business, with offices in the UK and US, and a global client base. We are the corporate sales distributor for Tile™. Tile is a Bluetooth tracker, which can be easily attached to keys, bags, wallets etc. and found by ringing it from the free App on iOS or Android devices. We print company logos and branding on the Tile and packaging for companies to give to employees, clients and prospects at events and gifting occasions.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced outbound sales professional with a knack for sales, lead generation and telemarketing. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of B2B sales dynamics, even better with an understanding of promotions marketing or events. This role offers a work-from-home setup, and we're looking for someone with a proven track record who is proactive, charismatic, and self-assured. If you love the thrill of sales, excel in cold calling, and thrive in a small business environment, we want to hear from you. Technical proficiency is advantageous, and a collaborative yet self-sufficient approach is essential.
Objective of the Role:
To generate leads, opportunities and ultimately sales through outbound calls to B2B end-user contacts, focusing on our core product range while also identifying opportunities for cross-referral to other departments. Present the product & its benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to target contacts
- Engage in conversations to gauge interest and identify potential sales opportunities
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Take concise notes and accurately enter information into CRM systems
- Comfortable on the phone and presenting products during online meetings both 1 to 1 & 1 to many
- Collaborate with team members as necessary
- Maintain an organized schedule and follow-up system
- Respond promptly to inbound replies
- Make sales
- Meet daily quotas for calls

Location:
This role is based in the US. Head office is in the UK, where you will be reporting into. There is a small remote team based in the US. There will be a requirement to attend trade shows in the US – currently a couple a year.
Contract:
Full-time, permanent position with potential flexibility for the right candidate, including discussions around part-time or flexible hours.
