Inventory / Receiving Associate-Required to have QuickBooks Desktop software experience.

We are looking for an experienced inventory specialist who will play a vital role in managing incoming/outgoing inventory accuracy within our organization. Your role is item receiving and verifying inventory records match with receiving paperwork; and other clerical duties. Communication skills are important because you will often interact with suppliers and our internal team. QuickBooks knowledge is required. You will coordinate with purchasing, the warehouse, and accounting. We are looking for someone to grow with us and take on additional responsibilities.
Located off I30 in South Dallas area. Knowledge of Insulation Products or construction industry a plus.
Inventory Specialist- Duties and Responsibilities Summary
· Experience with a hands-on approach.
· Verify items to match between packing slips and purchase orders, and sales order items before receiving into QuickBooks.
· Communicate with vendors and various company departments.
· Assist/provide support with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager.
· Notifies purchasing agent of any discrepancies, such as pricing or quantities before receiving in QuickBooks.
· Review vendor statements.
· Organize physical inventory and cycle counts.
· Assist with other clerical duties.
