Overview:
The Data Entry Operator II will perform tasks which may include checking data from completed forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness; entering data into a database; reviewing audit reports and resolving errors to ensure integrity of data; identifying problems with database management policies and procedures and providing input into their revision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check data from completed forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter data into a database.
- Review audit reports and resolve errors to ensure integrity of data.
- Identify problems with database management policies and procedures and provide input into their revision.
- Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork.
- Distribute reports and sort and file paperwork.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
