Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in recruiting talents for our warehouse facilities, supporting the HR department, and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding warehouse candidates
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, especially for the warehouse environment
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Administer various HR programs, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and succession planning
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
- As needed, provide general administrative support to the senior management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse recruiting, staffing, human resource, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience in recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Ability to travel to different facilities to conduct recruiting activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in People Operations, Human Resources, or related fields
- Experience in chemical manufacturing industry
