We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing construction projects and a proven track record with the Corps of Engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead project planning sessions to establish project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Coordinate with the Corps of Engineers to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
· Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and control.
· Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
· Direct and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
· Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
· Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
· Resolve any issues or delays in the project promptly.
· Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports and compliance certificates.
Qualifications:
· Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
· Successfully complete CQM for Contractors Course for Corps of Engineers (Certificate Must be Provided)
· Experience with Resident Management System (RMS)
· Prior experience working with the Corps of Engineers on construction projects.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· PMP certification is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Project Manager must be able to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in a variety of climates. The ability to work long hours and overtime is also required.
Work Environment:
Project Managers will work typically in an office environment, but it may be necessary to work at a project location that is typically noisy, dusty, and cold. The work environment can also be hazardous, as the Project Manager may be exposed to moving machinery and hazardous materials.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position will receive a salary commensurate with experience and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
