Job Summary and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an extremely proficient and responsible Certified Public Account to serve as our Controller. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, preparation of financial statements, budgets, managing insurance, assisting outside accountants with annual tax filing, cash management, managing internal controls, preparation of monthly management reports, bank reporting, mortgage analysis, reviewing investment opportunities, preparing financing packages, real estate tax analysis, job costing, and more. Candidates would also be responsible for the set up and ongoing maintenance of our property management/accounting software, Rent Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Active CPA Certification
Five Years of Accounting Experience
