An accounting firm located in Seaside, Oregon is seeking a receptionist to join the administrative team of our growing practice. A successful candidate for this position is energetic, self-motivated, organized and comfortable with leadership. He or She should be comfortable with fast-paced teamwork and client interaction as well as detail oriented with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
This is a Drug- Free workplace.
Responsibilities:
Communication relay between staff, clients and owners.
Document intake and processing.
Payment processing.
Basic signing of tax returns with clients.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Scheduling
Longer working hours expected at certain times of the year.
Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in customer service.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of other online tools (Google Docs, Dropbox, Slack, etc.)
Maintaining and understanding the importance of client and practice confidentiality.
Compensation:
Depends on experience.
