Digital Customer Service Coordinator Job Description
The Digital Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Department, the Operations Department and Restaurant Owners to provide Guests with support as it relates to the Wayback Rewards program.
This is a part time role of 10 – 15 hours per week. This role can be remote or based in our Cheshire, CT headquarters.
Reports to: VP, Marketing
Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Assist our Guests with any questions or issues that arise with their accounts via digital communication.
Communicate directly with Guests through our internal platform to provide support on issues as it relates to the new Wayback Rewards program and Wayback app.
Escalate issues to the appropriate department in order to provide solutions in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot issues/bugs as it relates to our app and communicate with our developer to resolve the issue.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Guest Service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
